The National Collaborative for Infants and Toddlers (NCIT) conducted a survey of PN-3 organizations working across the country to develop a big picture overview of the PN-3 policy work in 2023 and beyond. By identifying what is planned across issue areas, jurisdictions, organizations, and geographies, the NCIT hopes to foster a more coordinated and cohesive environment to support PN-3 policy change.
